SAP Go thanks Mocha for her loyalty to PRRD

MANILA – Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go on Wednesday extended his gratitude to former Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson for her service to the administration of President Rodrigo R. Duterte.

We thank her for her service to our President for the past years as Assistant Secretary of PCOO and for communicating news to Filipinos globally),” Go said.

Uson was one of Duterte’s biggest supporters when the then-Davao City mayor ran for President in 2016.

She has really shown her support and loyalty to our President since the campaign period. The President will never forget this, and I am personally thankful to her for showing her loyalty to the President),” Go added.

In an ambush interview, Go said the President had already been informed of Uson’s resignation letter. He added that the people should wait for the President’s formal acceptance of the resignation.

Most likely ay tatanggapin ito ng ating Pangulo (I already handed over her resignation letter to the President last night, and ASec Mocha asked that she be allowed to make the announcement. Let us wait for the President’s formal acceptance of her resignation. Most likely the President will accept it),” Go said.

Duterte’s top aide said he wishes Uson the best of luck in achieving her future plans and endeavors.

I hope she continues the fight. Now that she is a private citizen, I hope she could strengthen citizen participation against criminality, corruption, and illegal drugs),” Go said in a radio interview.

Uson was appointed as PCOO assistant secretary in May 2017. (OSAP PR)
