Indonesian training ship to arrive in PH for 4-day goodwill visit

MANILA — An Indonesian Navy vessel, the KRI Bima Suci (945), will arrive at Pier 15, Manila South Harbor Monday for a four-day goodwill visit in the country.

Commander Jonathan Zata, Philippine Navy (PN) spokesperson, said the ship, which is classified as a training vessel, will be rendered the usual welcome honors at around 8 a.m..

A port briefing for all personnel aboard is also scheduled shortly after the welcoming ceremony.

KRI Bima Suci has an overall length of 111.20 meters and a beam of 13.65 meters. (PNA)
