MANILA — Phoenix pulled off a fourth quarter comeback to shock Rain Or Shine, 103-97, in the PBA Governors' Cup at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay on Wednesday night.

The Fuel Masters outscored the Elasto Painters, 29-13, in the final 12 minutes to complete a comeback from 16 points down.

Calvin Abueva and Eugene Phelps each tallied 18-point double-doubles to lead Phoenix, which moved up to solo fourth place at 7-3.

Phelps got 20 rebounds, while Abueva made 12 of his own.

Chris Tiu fired 24 markers, two rebounds, three assists, one steal, and three blocks for ROS, which found itself in danger of getting an early boot in the season-ending conference as it fell for the third straight game, dropping to 2-7. (PNA)
