MANILA -- Ayala-led property developer Avida Land Corp. expects PHP2.8 billion in sales from its new residential project in Imus, Cavite.
Avida Land South Luzon Business Area Head Anne Jara said they target to fully sell-out the 370 residential units in the Avida Verra Settings Vermosa this year or by first quarter of 2020.
“Sectors 1 and 2 featuring lot only offerings have already been sold out. We will be launching sector 3 offering lot only and house and lot options by next month,” she said in a press briefing Tuesday.
Sectors 1 and 2 have a total of 245 units, while sector 3 with 125 units, she said.
Jara said Avida aims to attract the AB market, particularly Metro Manila residents willing to relocate to a suburban environment and families seeking upgraded homes ready for future expansion.
She noted Avida Verra Settings residential subdivision, its sixth horizontal development in Cavite province, is located in Ayala Land Inc.’s 700-hectare mixed-use estate.
“Avida Verra Settings Vermosa is our first and only Cavite subdivision within an Ayala Land estate. This allows home buyers access to all the developments in the estate while enjoying a healthy, sustainable development,” she added.
Land development in the site will be completed by May 2021. Units are scheduled for turnover by the second half of 2021. (PNA)
