“Andrade is listed in the police watch-list as most wanted and a high-value target in town,” Layugan said.

Also arrested was Archie Lubon Verdon, 36, of Barangay New Cebu, Pres. Roxas town after two suspected sachets of shabu were confiscated from him at a police checkpoint operation along the national highway of the municipality.

Meanwhile, police operatives said they also collared two wanted persons in separate areas in Antipas and the adjacent town of Matalam, also in North Cotabato.

Police nabbed Alely Mateo, 20, a house helper and resident of Barangay Malatab, Antipas, based on a search warrant issued by Judge Aida Estrella Macapagal-Fojas of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 195 in Paranaque City.
