The two were arrested in front of a fast-food chain along Guevarra Street in Barangay Highway Hills.

The suspects yielded 26 pieces of syringes containing liquid shabu with a total volume of 10.4 milliliters, one piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing around two grams of shabu worth PHP13,600, one small bottle of sterile water, a digital weighing scale, and marked money.
