MANILA – Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with rains due to northeast monsoon (amihan), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, PAGASA also reported the Ilocos and Cordillera regions will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to northeastern monsoon.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA added that moderate to strong winds will blow over Northern and Central Luzon while light to moderate winds will blow over the rest of the country.

It said Northern and Central Luzon will have moderate to rough coastal waters while the rest of the country will experience slight to moderate coastal waters.

Sunday’s minimum temperature is 24.7°C while the maximum temperature is 31.6°C, PAGASA said. (PNA)
