MANILA – Business owners and entrepreneurs in Valenzuela city can now avail of sanitary permits and health certificates through online processing.
The city government said the health permits and certificates can be accessed through the city's 3S Plus Online Services or the "Paspas" Permit.
Entrepreneurs will just have to visit the website www.valenzuela.gov.ph, to access the online feature of business permit processing.
The issuance of the provisional sanitary permit can be viewed together with the provisional business permit, the city said.
Upon approval, business owners can download permits.
They can also start their business after the completion of the requirements for online application.
Businesses will be audited for compliance checking.
They will also be subjected to a routine inspection by the city's sanitation office, to make sure that the business complies with the Sanitation Code of the Philippines.
The city government added that business owners can also apply for health certificates of their employees using the system.
Employees will just have to fill out the online account information form. They will be provided with the user's details that can be used for the Seminar Participation Exam. They will also be scheduled for laboratory appointments.
The city government said the online application for the health certificate is also for individuals working in the food industry, beauty parlors, barbershops, and other similar establishments.
The city government vowed to implement programs that provide long-term solutions to health and business issues. (PNA)
