MANILA – De La Salle University's CJ Austria and the University of Santo Tomas' (UST) Adama Faye will not be seeing action in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines' (UAAP) Wednesday edition at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay as they will serve their one-game suspensions.

Austria incurred his penalty after he clotheslined Patrick Sleat with 5:59 left in the third quarter of the Green Archers' October 15 game against the Far Eastern University (FEU) Tamaraws.

Faye, on the other hand, got his disqualifying foul after he hit Harvey Pagsanjan in the head while going for the rebound with 59 seconds left in the third quarter of the Growling Tigers' October 16 game against the University of the East (UE) Red Warriors.

An ejection from the game also comes with an automatic one-game suspension.

La Salle will take on National University, while UST will battle FEU in two of the four games slated on Wednesday.

In the other games, UE takes on the University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons, while the Ateneo Blue Eagles will lock horns with the Adamson University Falcons. (PNA)
