MANILA – The Manila Water Company (Manila Water) on Tuesday issued yet another water interruption advisory due to service improvement activities in some parts of Taytay in Rizal province, Quezon City, and San Juan City from March 29 to 31.

Manila Water said affected areas in Taytay from 9 p.m. of March 29 to 4 a.m. of March 30 are parts of Barangays Dolores and San Isidro, specifically in L. Wood Road corner Manila East Road, for line meter and strainer declogging.

In Quezon City, the affected areas from 10 p.m. of March 30 to 4 a.m. of March 31 are parts of Barangay Marilag, particularly in Aurora Boulevard (fronting The Oriana), for interconnection; and parts of Barangay Bagong Lipunan ng Crame, specifically in 1st Avenue corner Santolan, for line meter replacement.

In San Juan City, the affected areas for the same period are parts of Barangay Marilag, particularly in F. Sevilla corner Dr. Ejercito Street, for line maintenance.

The water firm advised residents in the affected areas to store enough water.

Once service is restored, they should let the water flow out for a few minutes until it becomes clear.

For updates or concerns, customers can call Manila Water hotline 1627. (PNA)
