SANTA CRUZ, Laguna – The provincial government here on Tuesday opened the 1st Laguna Mobility Summit to encourage motorists to develop safe driving habits and ease the flow of traffic.

In an interview, Pamela Baun, head of the Laguna Tourism Culture and Trade Office, said the summit has drawn the participation of various segments within the transportation sector, such as jeepney and bikers’ organizations.
