MANILA – President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos expressed affection for each other as they mark their 31st wedding anniversary on Wednesday.
Marcos took to social media to share a collage of their photos on Instagram with a “Happy Anniversary” greeting for the First Lady.
"Thank you for a wonderful 31 years of marriage," the President said in the caption of his post.
The First Lady also posted on social media a collage of their photos taken in April 1993, April 2018, and April 2024.
The President met the First Lady, already a practicing lawyer then, in New York in 1986. They got married in Italy on April 17, 1993.
The First Couple is blessed with three sons, Senior House Deputy Majority Leader Sandro, Joseph Simon, and William Vincent. (PNA)
