First Commercial Bank of Taiwan opens Manila branch

Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Amando M. Tetangco Jr. delivers his message on Monday (January 16, 2017) during the First Commercial Bank of Taiwan has finally opened its Manila branch held at the Peninsula Manila in Makati City. So far, the central bank has approved the operation of 9 foreign banks in the metropolis while other major Asian banks are also interested in operating in the Philippines. (PNA photos by Gil S.
