Roberto Ballon, chairman of the Coalition of Municipal Association of Sibugay (COMPAS), shares his story of being a fisherfolk leader during the launching of Aquaculture Philippines 2017 Expo and 2nd National Aquaculture Summit held at Novotel Manila, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City on Wednesday (Jan. 18, 2017).
