Laoag City, Jan. 25 (PNA)--BFAR Undersecretary Eduardo Gongonan visited Laoag City on Wednesday as he personally led the distribution of various fishing materials to Ilocos Norte fishermen who were hard hit by typhoon Lawin in October 2016.
