Jee's wife, SPO3 Sta. Isabel, Supt. Dumlao face off in Senate

A Senate panel on Thursday (Jan. 26, 2017) began the inquiry into the alleged ‘tokhang for ransom’, particularly the murder of South Korean trader Jee Ick Joo.
