DSWD leads "Walk for Legal Adoption"

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) leads the "Walk for Legal Adoption" with theme: “Pagmamahal Palaganapin, Legal na Pag-aampon Ating Gawin!(Spread Unconditional Love through Legal Adoption)”.
