Panata ko sa Bayan Awards

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Judy M. Taguiwalo, gives the "Salamat Po" award to Julie Taniongon from Igsoro, Bugasong, Antique. Despite his disability, Igsoro serves his community as a volunteer of Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services Program, (Kalahi-CIDSS).
