Turnover of Japan-funded classroom buildings in Agusan Del Sur

Minister Makoto Iyori of the Embassy of Japan attended the turn-over ceremony last Friday (Feb. 24, 2017) of classrooms for the Bayugan National Comprehensive High School in Bayugan, Agusan Del Sur as part of Japan’s Official Development Assistance. The ceremony was attended by Agusan del Sur Gov. Adolfo Plaza, Rep. Maria Valentina Plaza, and Schools Division Superintendent of the Department of Education's Bayugan City Division OIC Dr. Imelda N.
