Observing hygiene at Baseco Compound

OBSERVING HYGIENE. Senator Cynthia A. Villar leads the groundbreaking of the communal septic tank for the construction of 5,000 toilet bowls at Baseco Compound in Tondo, Manila. Initially, 100 toilet bowls will be installed on Gasangan Street, Brgy. 649, near the mangrove area to prevent open defecation in Manila Bay.
