2017 Capiztahan Festival in Capiz opening

A display of overflowing and unlimited seafood products marks the opening of the 2017 Capiztahan Festival in Capiz on Friday, April 21. The province earns the moniker as 'seafood capital' of the Philippines due to its abundant and best tasting seafood products. The festival will run until April 23, 2017.(PNA photo by Cindy B.
