NIB Director Agtay thanks PCOO for supporting PNA

News and Information Bureau (NIB) Director Virginia Arcilla-Agtay thanked the support of PCOO officials led by Secretary Martin Andanar during the launching of the new website and mobile app of the Philippine News Agency (PNA) at the Conrad Hotel in Pasay City on Monday (April 24,2017).
