Festivals of the North in Dagupan City

Street dancers of the Pandan Festival of Mapandan, Pangasinan won the Festivals of the North (FON) crown and bagged the grand prize of P400,000 through their focal performance that drew raves at the Dagupan City Plaza on Friday night (April 28, 2017). Pandan Festival also swept all the minor awards -- Best in Street Dancing, Best in Costume and Best in Props -- against nine other festival champions from different parts of Luzon.
