PRESIDENT DUTERTE VISITS PEOPLE'S LIBEREATION ARMY NAVY (PLAN) FLAGSHIP DESTROYER ‘CHANG CHUN’

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte visits People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) Flagship Destroyer ‘Chang Chun’ which is docked at the Sasa Port in Davao City on May 1, 2017 for a goodwill visit to the Philippines. Accompanying the President in his trip to the Chinese PLAN’s vessel are Staff Lt. Gen. Eduardo Año, Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and Philippine Navy Commander Vice Admiral Ronald Mercado.
