Senator Villar defends Passport Bill

DEFENDING PASSPORT BILL. Sen. Cynthia Villar, vice chair of the Committee on Foreign Relations, on Monday evening (May 8, 2017), answers queries from Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon regarding Senate Bill 1365 or the bill extending the validity of passports from five to 10 years. Villar pointed out that the extension will not result in lost revenue considering the 30% annual growth in passport issuances from year 2010 to 2016. (PNA photo by Avito C.Dalan) --
