Public Attorney's Office (PAO) Chief Persida Rueda-Acosta shows a copy of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) report on the flow of illegal drugs across the globe while lauding President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for having a strong stance against illegal drugs during a press briefing in Malacañang on May 9, 2017.
