Aling Fely, a 67-year-old retired OFW in Hong Kong who was among those who joined the urban gardening seminar on May 11 and 12, 2017, started tilling a small area on her front yard and adopted the urban gardening system to produce her own vegetables and manage the biodegradable wastes generated in her home’s kitchen in Baguio City.
