Cayetano announces bilateral agreements with Russia

Foreign Affairs Secretary Allan Peter Cayetano presents to members of the media the bilateral agreements signed by the Philippines and Russian Federation during a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow, Russia on Wednesday night (May 24, 2017). Cayetano said the several agreements with Russia are expected to contribute to the economic growth and development of the country.
