LRTA Administrator Berroya at the DOTr and LRTA groundbreaking of LRT-2 Extension Project - Package 2

Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) Administrator Reynaldo Berroya (at rostrum), delivers his message on Tuesday (May 30) at the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) Groundbreaking ceremonies for LRT-2 Extension Project - Package 2. During his speech he said, "The completion of the LRT Line-2 East Extension Project is part of the fulfillment of the government's promise to ease the traffic congestion by extending the service of the LRT Line-2 System to the eastern part of the Metro Manila."
