Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol (in blue cap) distributes life jackets to fishermen during the launching of "Balik Sigla sa Ilog at Lawa" (BASIL) program of the DA-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) held at the lakeside old municipal hall in Barangay Baybayin, Los Baños, Laguna on Monday (June 19, 2017).
