FREE RIDE. A military truck provides free rides to health professionals, food industry personnel, and quarantine-exempt workers from Guadalupe, Makati City to East Avenue, Quezon City passing thru disinfection checkpoints set up by the Bureau of Fire Protection and Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council along East Avenue on Thursday (March 19, 2020).
