SUBWAY PROJECT LAUNCH. President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. pushes the button as he leads the launch of the Metro Manila Subway Project’s (MMSP) tunnel boring machine the project in Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela City on Monday (Jan. 9, 2023).
