NEW GUARDS. New jail guards fall into formation at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) grounds in Muntinlupa City on Wednesday (April 12, 2023). Bureau of Corrections Director General Gregorio Catapang Jr. installed 335 new jail guards at the NBP’s Maximum Security Compound and designated Sr. Insp.
