HIGHER RATES. President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. delivers a speech at the "Pag-IBIG Fund Chairman's Report Y2023" at the Reception Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City on Tuesday (Feb. 27, 2024).
