NBP VISITOR'S PARK. Bureau of Corrections Director General Gregorio Pio P. Catapang Jr. graces the opening of the 5,000-square meter visitor’s park inside the Maximum-Security Camp of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City on Thursday (Feb. 29, 2024).
