FINAL MONTH. An electric tricycle competes for space with public utility jeepneys and buses along busy Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City on Thursday (Feb. 29, 2024). The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the Metro Manila Council have decided to ban this three-wheeler and other similar unregulated vehicles from 19 major roads starting April for safety reasons while driver's license would also be required to operate such vehicle.
