FAIR. The Department of Health-Metro Manila Center for Health Development hosts a day of fun and fitness to mark Philippine Heart Month at Marikina Sports Center in Marikina City on Monday (March 11, 2024). The “Ka-Heartner, Puso ang Piliin Health Fair” educated participants to avoid fatty and salty diet, eat fruits and vegetables, exercise, and stop smoking and drinking to keep the heart healthy.
