PABASA

PABASA. A resident of Barangay 450 in Sampaloc, Manila leads the traditional "Pabasa ng Pasyon" (Reading of the Passion) on Maundy Thursday (March 28, 2024). Simply known as "Pabasa" is one of the Filipinos’ unique traditions during Holy Week involving the continuous chanting of the words narrating the life, passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
