PARTNERS IN PEACE-KEEPING. The leadership of the Philippine Army’s 2nd Infantry Division (2ID) recently presented to Miguel Gil, Philippine News Agency (PNA) Region 4 (Calabarzon) bureau chief, a plaque of recognition for his role in bringing to the public’s attention accounts of soldiers’ heroism.
