MANILA -- The whole archipelgo will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers, the weather bureau said on Tuesday.
This weather condition is caused by localized thunderstorms, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Flash floods or landslides are also possible during severe thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds will blow over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
