CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan -- Six drug peddlers were arrested in different anti-illegal drug operations conducted in this province on Monday.

In a report released on Tuesday, Bulacan police provincial director, Col. Chito Bersaluna said the suspects were nabbed in separate buy-bust operations in the towns of Marilao and Angat, and in the City of San Jose Del Monte.

He identified them as Emmanuel Perez, Henry Bacarisas Reyes Jr., Mark Joseph Almera, Aries David Escarpe, Ailene Dela Cruz, and a 17-year-old male student.

“They are known drug personalities in their respective areas,” he said.

Seized from the suspects were 28 plastic sachets of shabu and buy-bust money.

The arrested suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bulacan Crime Laboratory Office for appropriate examination.

Criminal charges against the arrested suspects, on the other hand, are now being prepared for filing in court. (PNA)
