MANILA – Unbeaten fighter Denice Zamboanga looks to further build up for a possible showdown with One women's atomweight champion Angela Lee at One: A New Breed at the Impact Arena in Bangkok on Friday night.

Zamboanga, currently at 6-0, will take on Watsyapinya Kaewkhong of Thailand in one of three fights in the card.

A win by Zamboanga, the number one ranked women's atomweight right now, will further cement her bid to challenge Lee for the latter's title belt in the near future.

On the other hand, Zamboanga's brother Drex will make his One debut against Detchadin Sorsirisuphathin.

Drex Zamboanga, the reigning bantamweight champion of the Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC), is set to enter untested waters in his showdown against Sorsirisuphathin.

Zamboanga looks to build a winning streak a year after knocking out Seung Hyun-Cho to keep his URCC belt, which actually snapped a three-fight skid.

The other Philippines vs. Thailand clash will feature KC Carlos and Wondergirl Fairtex in a muay thai clash.

In the headliner, Nong Stamp, Denice Zamboanga's former stablemate at the Fairtex camp, defends her One muay thai women's atomweight belt against Allycia Rodrigues.

The other major bout will pit Rodlek Jaotalayong against Kulabdam Sor.Jor.Piek Uthai in the final of the One Bantamweight Muay Thai Tournament.

The winner will challenge Nong-O Gaiyanghadao for the One muay thai bantamweight championship. (PNA)
