COTABATO CITY--Anti-narcotics agents arrested three suspects and seized PHP1.3-million worth of shabu in a buy-bust Tuesday morning in Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao.

Arrested around 11:30 a.m. in Barangay Tamontaka of the municipality were Junmark S. Donato, Jomelyn Donato, and Muhamad Palakasi, of Talayan town, Maguindanao.

“We have been monitoring their illegal activities for the last four months until they fell into our trap,” Juvenal Azurin, director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PDEA-BARMM), said in a statement.

Azurin described the suspects as high-value targets on the PDEA-BARMM watch list.

They yielded some 200 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of PHP1.3-million and other pieces of evidence.
