MANILA – Caraga and Davao Regions will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the trough of a low-pressure area (LPA) affecting the eastern section of Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.

In its 5 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA also said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by easterlies.

The public is warned against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds will blow over Northern Luzon while Mindanao, Visayas, and the rest of Luzon will have light to moderate winds.

Sunday’s minimum temperature is 23.8°C while the maximum temperature is 33.4°C, PAGASA said. (PNA)
