MANILA – The country will continue to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, the weather bureau said on Wednesday.

This condition is caused by the easterlies affecting Luzon and the Visayas, and by localized thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail over the entire archipelago.

Meanwhile, the tropical cyclone (Tropical Storm Surigae) outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) was last seen 1,210 km. east of Mindanao.

PAGASA forecast "Surigae" to enter PAR over the weekend. (PNA)
