MANILA – Most parts of the country will experience warm and humid weather with isolated rain showers due to the easterlies, the weather bureau said Tuesday.

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) also warned that moderate to heavy rains in those areas could result in flash floods or landslides.

"Although there's no low pressure area affecting the country, cloud clusters were monitored and these could bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Davao Region, Caraga, and Soccsksargen," PAGASA weather forecaster Rhea Torres said.

Torres said the rest of the country would continue to experience warm and humid weather and isolated rain showers and localized thunderstorms.

The temperature across the archipelago will range from 24°C to 33°C; 15°C to 26°C in Baguio.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters will prevail over Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail over the rest of the country, PAGASA said. (PNA)
