Southwest monsoon to bring light rains: PAGASA

MANILA—The southwest monsoon or habagat would continue to bring rains Tuesday in some parts of Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, PAGASA said Western Visayas and northern Palawan would experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country would be cloudy with scattered rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 26-31 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 25-34 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 16-24 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-33 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 25-33 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
