CAMP PANTALEON GARCIA, Imus City – The Number 2 most wanted person of Cavite City was collared by joint police intelligence and mobile force operatives in Olongapo City on Wednesday morning.
Cavite provincial police director Senior Supt. William Segun identified the arrested suspect as Archieval Rosete Black, 29, resident of 2706 Rizal Avenue, East Badac-Badac in Olongapo City.
Black was cornered at the Olongapo City Elementary School in West Bajac-Bajac by joint operatives of the City Intelligence Branch (CIB), Olangapo City Mobile Force Company (OCMFC), Cavite City Police Station and Police Regional Office (PRO4A)-Calabarzon.
Segun said Black is an old member of the Onat Gun-for-Hire and Drug Group and is tagged Number 2 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Cavite.
The joint operatives arrested Black by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest (WOA) issued by Acting Presiding Judge Jose L. Baustista Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 88, Cavite City under Criminal Case Nr. 439-17 for the crime of murder with no bail recommended.
The suspect is now detained at the Olongapo Police Station 1 Custodial Facility for documentation. (Dennis Abrina/PNA)
