MANILA -- Geje Eustaquio returned to his winning ways after beating South Korean Kim Kyu-Sung at One: Enter the Dragon at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday night.

Eustaquio banked on his striking skills to defeat Kim via unanimous decision in their One Flyweight Grand Prix alternate bout.

The win means Eustaquio will be an alternative during the Grand Prix and can be a replacement if one of the competitors in the main tournament begs off.

Meanwhile, Richard Corminal failed to capitalize on a huge knockdown and found himself tapping out to India's Rahul Raju.

Corminal got a huge opportunity to score his first win under One by tagging Raju with a huge strike that knocked him down.

Raju, however, recovered quickly and forced a rear naked choke to Corminal, submitting him with only 17 seconds left in Round 1. (PNA)
