MANILA  -- Budget carrier AirAsia Philippines unveiled its first Christmas tree at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 on Tuesday, and invites everyone to take a photo with it for a chance to fly to their dream destination for free.

"We hope everyone, especially our OFWs (overseas Filipino workers) will have the chance to fly home. That's the reason why we continue to give affordable fares," AirAsia Philippines vice chair Sheila Romero said during the unveiling of the Christmas tree.

AirAsia Philippines chief Ricardo Isla said the Christmas socks decors of the tree symbolizes the carrier's routes, and that NAIA Terminal 3 is the local carrier's new home, as it recently unveiled its new office there.

The carrier is inviting everyone to take a photo with the Christmas tree from Tuesday, November 19, until December 22, for a chance to win two round-trip tickets.

They must upload the photo on their Instagram account, and mention why the carrier should take them to their dream destination.

Posts must carry the hashtag #AirAsiaChristmas, and must tag AirAsia's account (@airasiafilipino).

Two winners will be announced via the carrier's Facebook page on December 23. (PNA
